

| 1. | Any Parts or software required to fix the problem will be quoted for before work commences. The customer decides to continue or not with the repair. |
| 2. | **If after you have been quoted for any parts/software you decide not to go ahead you will still be charged £20. |
| 3. | The Customer will be required to drop off and collect the PC/Laptop. Collections/deliveries to/from the customer by arrangement and will cost an additional £20. |
| 4. | If required all the correct Operating System/Drivers must be presented with the PC/Laptop. |
| 5. | The repair may take up to 2 weeks subject to work load. Longer if additional parts required. |
