| • | Q. Do I have to backup my PC before you will work on it. A. No but you are strongly advised to do so. It's your responcibilty not mine,to have a full backup , in the unlikely event I need to restore missing or corrupt files. |
| • | Q. Do I have to have a copy of the Operating system. A. No so long as you have a legal sticker (Microsoft or other company) containing the activation / installation code. Except where the PC manufacturer provides a special version , in which case you need the original set up disc's or a copy of the PC when it first came. |
| • | Q. I don't have any Anti Virus software installed can you help me. A. I can provide minimum protection using free Anti Virus software so long as you have a working Internet Link if I am working at your location. NOTE this will increase the time I need as the Anti Virus software will need to run a scan of your PC Disk which can take a long time depending on your disk usage. This will give you basic anti virus protection which can be updated to a higher level of security - but that is NOT free. |
